2-8-4

2-8-4 is in reference to a way to classify steam locomotives. This one has two leading wheels, eight drive wheels, and four trailing wheels. To put that in perspective, the fabled Big Boy Locomotives were 4-8-8-4, four leading wheels, two sets of eight driving wheels and four trailing wheels.
